Established in 2003 and located in the heart of Central Square, Cambridge, Hara Wellness / SL massage therapy offers integrative healing where each session is unique and developed specifically for the individual.

We rely on a combination of client history and testimonial, postural observation and palpation and experience/intuition to determine the appropriate mix of treatment techniques that would provide the most benefit to the client.

Our therapists are well-versed in massage therapy technique from both eastern and western therapies, the body sciences (anatomy, physiology, pathology) and self-care education. They are licensed massage therapists by the City of Cambridge, nationally certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB) and professional members of the American Massage Therapy Assocation (AMTA).

We also believe in affirming the mind-body connection and encourage our clients to seek balance in mind, body and spirit wherever their journeys may lead them. Namaste.
